DC D-20 Information

Generally, every corporation or financial institution must file a Form D-20 (including small businesses, professional and S corporations) if it is carrying on or engaging in any trade, business, or commercial activity in the District of Columbia (DC) and/or receiving income from DC sources including activities in DC that benefit an affiliated entity of the taxpayer. If you perform services in DC for subsidiary corporations, you are carrying on a trade or business.
