Monthly plans: on-boarding fee & first month plan fee is due to activate your account. Yearly plans: first year plan fee is due to activate your account.
How is a 'user' defined?
Users sign up via your landing page(s) and/or are provided by you.
How is an 'Email Reminder' defined?
Includes all information including reminder details.
How is a 'SMS Reminder' defined?
Includes reminder title & date due. SMS reminders over 160 characters count as 2 SMS reminders.
What is a 'Custom Reminders Template'?
Reminders specific to your agency that are not already included on taxreminder.com.
What is a 'Custom Landing Page'?
Custom pages hosted at taxreminder.com. Users who sign up from these pages will have specified agency reminders automatically added to their accounts and will be associated with your agency.
How are extra usage fees billed?
Reminder emails/sms & users above the amount included in your plan are billed the following month.
What is the on-boarding fee for?
On-boarding covers basic integration costs, setting up custom reminders & landing pages.
When would I be billed for hourly customization, reporting, consulting, etc?
All plans include the essentials to set up and run a reminder service for your users. Any additional customization work will be pre-authorized up upon by your agency and Tax Reminder.
