AK 6020 Information

Every corporation having nexus with the state must file an Alaska Corporation Net Income Tax Return. The State of Alaska imposes tax on corporate income, and payment of tax is due by the 15th day of the 3rd month following the end of the tax year. Note that there is no extension for the payment deadline. S Corporation tax returns are due within 30 days of the deadline for Federal business returns (the Federal due date is usually March 15). If you get a Federal tax extension, Alaska will automatically grant you a State tax extension as well.
